We are a small group of volunteer property owners who permanently reside in Splendido. Like you, we care deeply about our community and its future.
We are reaching out because many property owners are not receiving timely information on matters affecting our Homeowners Association (HOA). As recent events have shown, one of the greatest challenges facing our community is ensuring that property owners can be informed and participate whenever a lawful assembly is convened.
Our objective is simple: to help fellow property owners stay connected and informed.
We also encourage every property owner to verify that their name is correctly reflected in the official homeowners’ records maintained for HOA purposes and submitted to the appropriate government authorities. Doing so helps ensure that important HOA communications reach you and that you are able to participate in future community matters, including any General Assembly conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
