1. Who are you?
We are fellow property owners who permanently reside in Splendido Residential Estate. We have voluntarily organized ourselves as the Splendido Volunteer Ad-Hoc Working Group (SVAWG) to help improve communication among participating property owners while the HOA governance issues are being resolved through the appropriate legal processes.
Our group is composed entirely of volunteer property owners.
2. Why am I receiving this letter?
You are receiving this letter because we are reaching out to fellow property owners to help ensure that, when a lawful assembly is convened, as many qualified property owners as possible are informed and have the opportunity to participate.
By helping property owners stay connected and informed, we hope to support broader participation in future HOA matters.
3. How did you obtain my name?
We are contacting property owners using information obtained through lawful means, including publicly available records when permitted and referrals from fellow property owners.
If you believe you have received this communication in error, please let us know, and we will promptly update our records.
4. Are you asking for my personal information?
No. We are not requiring anyone to provide personal information.
We simply invite property owners who wish to receive future updates relating to HOA governance to voluntarily communicate with us. Participation is entirely optional.
5. How will my information be protected?
Any contact information that you voluntarily provide will be treated as confidential and used solely for communications relating to HOA governance, the preparation for a future assembly, and matters affecting Splendido Residential Estate.
Access to this information will be limited to ONE (1) group member designated to maintain the voluntary contact register, and appropriate safeguards will be observed to protect your privacy.
You may request that your information be updated or removed at any time.
6. Are you affiliated with the HOA or RS Property Management Corporation?
No.
We are not the Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, or RS Property Management Corporation.
We are an independent group of volunteer property owners seeking to improve communication among fellow owners while the governance issues involving the HOA are being addressed through the appropriate legal processes.
7. Do I have to join?
No. Participation is entirely voluntary.
However, by choosing to stay connected, you will receive factual updates concerning HOA governance, community matters, and future developments that may affect property owners.
8. Is there any cost or membership fee?
No. There are no membership fees, registration fees, donations, or financial contributions required to participate. The Group does not collect funds or solicit donations.
9. How can I verify who you are?
We believe transparency is essential.
Upon request, we are happy to provide copies of our SVWAG Charter, Terms of Reference, Code of Ethics, Founding Resolution, and Member’s Declaration
To confirm that we are property owners in Splendido Residential Estate, we may also present documentation evidencing our ownership or residency, such as documents issued in relation to our property. These are provided solely to establish our identity and connection to the community.
